Materials: Clay Coated News Back (CCNB) paper and kraft paper are two surface paper material used mostly for mailer boxes. CCNB is ideal for printed corrugated solutions while kraft paper for only black or white print. Designs are printed on these base materials which is then glued to the corrugated board.

Print: CMYK and Pantone available. CMYK is the most popular and cost effective color system used in print. And Pantone is accurate colors to be printed but more expensive than CMYK.

Coating(lamination/varnish): Coating is added to your printed designs to protect it from scratch and scuff or make the box waterproof.

–Lamination: Lamination is the process of applying a clear plastic film to your printed artwork to protect it and enhance its appearance.

–Varnish: This is a water-based varnish that is applied to your printed artwork to help seal the ink.

How Can I Place An Order And When I Will Receive My Boxes?

1. Get a quote: Send your box size and other specification to us.

2. Purchase a sample: We will make a sample template for your checking box specification.

3. Upload artwork: Add your artwork to the template.

4. Place order: Confirm the sample and send deposit.

 5. Production: We will start production after payment received, and it takes 10~15 days for production.

6. Shipment: After 100% quality checking, will ship the boxes to your address.
