For every box customization inquiry, we will listen to your requirements and ideas. Professional suggestions will also be provided for you if you are new in this field. To complete an order from the start to the end, here are several stages to go through.

Stage 1:	Generate and collect overall box customization ideas In this stage, you will reach out to our sales specialist to generate your box customization ideas. You will look into the box structures we can do, and select the one you need. Also order quantity, box size, material, box finish etc will be decided on this stage. After you submit these information, we will get a general idea on how you would like to customize your box.
Stage 2:	Details confirmation and quotation After we get inquiry information from your side, we will discuss and confirm each details with you by providing our professional suggestions. If you need extra insert in the box to hold the products, we will give our advice as well. After all confirmed, a quotation can be sent to you within 24 hours.
Stage 3:	Structure engineering and artwork After we come to agreement on the price, most customers will prefer to make a sample before bulk order. A box die template/box die line can be sent to you as per your box customization specifications. You can place your printing artwork on the die line. To ensure printing quality, we need it to be in .ai vectored format which can be output in PDF as well.
Stage 4:	Prototyping and sampling Sample making is an very critical step to ensure all requirements can be met before we go to mass order production. And for mass production, factory needs to have a sample to follow as a standard. When the artwork is finalized, sample making will start. At this stage, it usually takes 3~10 days to finish depends on your box customization’s complexity.
Stage 5:	Mass production When we get sample approval from you, we will come to mass production process. If any changes need to make when you are not satisfied with the sample, we can also change it in mass production process, usually a pre-production sample can be provided to confirm details one more time. Once mass production begins, we will keep you updated about how the production will go until the order is finished and ready to ship.
Stage 6:	Packing and shipment Our target of packing and shipment is to ensure every box can arrive at your place in perfect condition. Every box will be pack in an individual PET bag, and several boxes will go into strong K=K outer carton. For magnetic foldable box or heavy boxes, we can strengthen the packing by using double outer cartons, adding protective corners. Pallet packing is available too if needed. We can organize the shipment for you if you don’t have shipping forwarder. Door to door service is very popular among some middle business customers. We can also coordinate with your shipping agents to ensure everything goes smoothly.
