Built Around Your Packaging Project.
Good packaging is not only about appearance. Structure, materials, inserts, finishing, sampling and production all need to work together around the actual product.
Custom Structure Development
We develop packaging around your actual product dimensions, opening experience, protection requirements and packing method before moving into sampling.
Materials & Finishing
Compare papers, printing processes, laminations, foil, embossing and other finishes to find a practical combination for the structure and brand direction.
Sample Before Production
Review the structure, product fit, dimensions and presentation with a physical sample before confirming the final production specification.
Custom Inserts Made to Fit
EVA, PET, paperboard and other insert structures can be developed around the actual products to improve positioning, presentation and removal clearance.
Stable Production & Quality Checks
From printing and assembly through final packing, production is checked against the confirmed materials, finishing and structural specifications.
Dedicated Project Support
Get practical support on specifications, samples and production updates so the confirmed requirements stay aligned from project development through shipment.
Inside Our Production
A Box Is the Final Frame.
This Is What Comes Before It.
From press-side color checks to hand assembly, automated box making and specialty finishing, each production stage contributes to the final packaging your customer sees.
01
PRINT CONTROL
Color Checked on Press
Printing is reviewed directly during production to keep the approved color direction aligned with the final box.
02
HAND ASSEMBLY
Finished by Hand
Manual wrapping, assembly and detailed finishing remain important for many premium rigid packaging structures.
03
AUTOMATION
Automated Box Making
Automated equipment supports repeatable forming and production efficiency across suitable packaging structures.
04
FINISHING
UV Meets Foil
Specialty finishing adds controlled contrast, reflection and tactile detail to the printed packaging surface.
05
FINAL RESULT
The Final Box
Structure, printing, finishing and workmanship come together in the completed production piece.
Structure
Box construction and product fit.
Sampling
Confirm size, fit and presentation.
Printing
Artwork and color move into production.
Finishing
Foil, UV, embossing and lamination.
Assembly
Forming, wrapping and insert installation.
Quality Control
Final inspection before packing.
Responsible Material Direction
Sustainability Starts with Better Packaging Choices.
Lower-impact packaging is not defined by a single material. Structure, paper selection, inserts, coatings and unnecessary plastic components should be reviewed together around the actual product.
Reduce What Is Unnecessary. Keep What Protects the Product.
We can review paper-based materials, responsible paper options and alternative insert structures according to the packaging design, protection requirement and presentation standard of your project.

Common Project Questions
What to Know Before Starting
Clear answers to the practical questions buyers often ask when developing custom paper packaging.
What information is needed for an accurate quotation?
Please provide the product or finished box dimensions, estimated quantity, delivery destination, logo or artwork, reference images, preferred materials and finishes, and any insert requirements.
Can you recommend a suitable packaging structure?
Yes. Based on the product size, weight, presentation goals, protection requirements and budget, we can recommend a suitable rigid box, folding carton, drawer box, magnetic box or other paper packaging structure.
Can I receive a sample before production?
Yes. Depending on the project, we can provide an existing reference sample, an unprinted structural mock-up or a fully printed custom sample for checking dimensions, materials, colors and finishes.
Can you develop a custom insert around my product?
Yes. EVA foam, paperboard, molded pulp or plastic inserts can be developed according to the product’s size, weight and protection requirements. Final fit should be checked with a physical sample.
What printing and finishing options are available?
Available options include CMYK and Pantone printing, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch finishes and specialty papers. Suitable processes are recommended according to the design and material.
Can you arrange international shipping and DDP?
Shipping can be arranged by air, sea or rail where applicable. DDP delivery can be quoted for supported destinations after the order details, packing volume and delivery address are confirmed.
Packaging recommendations are based on the confirmed product dimensions, intended use, artwork and production requirements of each project.
